How to sleep well? 

As you all know-how, how sleep is important in our life. If you did not take sleep for few days then, definitely you are going to bed forever. If you recognize that one day morning when you get up, without any reason you are feeling bad and ugly. If it happens in your life then, you need to do certain things before you go to bed. it is very important. 

 

Take a Shower  

Taking a shower daily before going to bed, it will make a lot of difference. water does not only wash your body or clean you but it is far beyond that. Have you noticed, when you are in a sad mood, feeling tense and anxious then, after taking a shower, you came out feeling almost like a burden has taken away from you. this is also a rudimentary part of "bhuta sudhi" , because over seventy percent of your body is just water.if you run water on it, a certain purification will happen which is beyond cleaning the skin.

Don't Sleep Right After a Meal

If you are eating a heavy meals such as meat and also other kinds meals, it will be best if you eat at least two to three hours before you go to bed. So that the digestion of your body will over.

Keep Things Aside

Before you go to bed, do this simple things. In the last few minutes make a difference between what is you and what you gathered. You can simply start with your body, things run in your mind ,your family, friend, neighbor and all those small things, put it aside on the table and then sleep. you will ready for the next day and then your will recognize that your life will change phenomenally.

Do Not "Head North"

If you put your head to the north while in sleeping during the night in a horizontal position, then slowly the blood in your body will get pulled towards your brain.When there is too much circulation in the brain, then you can not sleep peacefully.
